Fiona is an expert in helping businesses streamline their documents and processes. She has been working with companies to create systems for continuous improvement since 2000, and founded KIFFIN in August 2003. Fiona's work experience includes roles in sales (recruitment, training, management) and information technology. She has practised Lotus Notes administration, been involved in product development, and has designed graphical user interfaces. This includes information architecture design, software training, project management as well as user needs analysis and training. Industries that Fiona has worked in include information technology, production, manufacturing, retail sales and management, training, service and security. Fiona has a Bachelor of Arts from Auckland University in Education and Organisational Studies and is qualified as a Certified Lotus Professional. Fiona's technical experience along with her management training and service expertise combine to give businesses the direction and focus needed to grow to the next step. |
