Brand Storming Promotions is a fast growing high energy company that out grew our internal systems.
We asked Kiffin to come in and do an internal audit and tell us where our weakest links were. Once this was complete Kiffin showed us where we were going wrong and presented a plan to ensure systemisation and harmony. WOW!!!
The list was long but we worked our way through it and implemented all of Kiffins recommendations. As a result every email sent out looks the same, our brand is one and not fragmented, the sale team are able to place orders which automatically link back to the job, all clients have folders where all details are filed, we have an induction plan, staff welcome pack, we have a health and safety policy and much more.
Because of Kiffin we no longer need to employ some one to assist our accounts manager, the sales team are far more productive and have achieved more sales and in general it is a happier place to work.
