“Kiffin was born from my need to make my working life easier. In each position I held as an employee I wrote procedures as often none were provided. I was driven to look for ways to streamline the job and remove inconsistencies and mundane tasks.
In 2003 after a conversation over a BBQ I took a leap of faith in my abilities to do this for other businesses and founded KIFFIN.
I am passionate about making my clients working lives easier.

Alison Bogie joined Kiffin in Nov 2010 she comes from a tax background and knows a good process when she sees it. She is responsible for interviewing clients and writing down their business procedures. Which she does with a friendly and efficient smile.
