  2. When & how do you know the sale in made?
  3. What expectations do you and your client have? – do they match are they clear?
  4. How do you know the product & service is being delivered as promised?
  5. How do you know payment is made on time?
  6. How do you get client feedback and ask for referrals or repeat business?
